1. No Cancellation or Refund Policy
- Once an eGift card or voucher is purchased, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
- We do not issue refunds for orders mistakenly placed by users.
- All sales are final, except in cases where the brand or provider offers a refund under their own policies.
2. Exceptions for Refund
A refund may be considered in the following cases:
- The eGift card or voucher was not delivered to the email or account within the specified timeframe.
- The eGift card or voucher is invalid, expired, or not working due to issues from the provider’s side.
- A duplicate charge occurred due to technical issues on our platform.
In such cases, users must contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase.
3. Refund Process
If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria:
- You must provide proof of issue, such as screenshots of errors or non-working vouchers.
- Our team will verify the claim with the respective brand or provider.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Cashback Refund Policy
- Cashback earned on a purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If a purchase is refunded or canceled due to an eligible issue, any awarded cashback may also be revoked.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
- If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend your account and forfeit any pending cashback.
