Welcome to MadJoy (madjoy.in), a product of Dotix Technologies Private Limited. By using our platform to purchase eGift cards and vouchers, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MadJoy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MadJoy.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during the signup process.
• You must have a valid Google account to sign in.

3. Purchases & Payments

• MadJoy allows users to purchase eGift cards and vouchers from various brands.
• Payments must be made through the available payment methods on the platform.
• Once a purchase is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, except as required by applicable laws or by the brand's policies.

4. Cashback Policy

• Cashback is offered on eligible purchases and is credited to your provided UPI ID.
• Cashback percentage varies for different products and is subject to change without prior notice.
• You must enter a valid UPI ID to receive cashback. Incorrect or invalid UPI details may result in non-receipt of cashback, for which MadJoy holds no responsibility.
• Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
• Cashback processing time may vary but typically takes 0 to 2 days.

5. Cart and Local Storage

• Your cart data is stored in your browser’s local storage. If you clear your browser cache or switch devices, the cart data may be lost.
• MadJoy is not responsible for lost cart data due to user actions or technical issues.

6. User Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to sign in.
• Any unauthorized activity on your account should be reported to us immediately.

7. Order & Cashback History

• Users can view their order history and cashback transactions on their profile page.
• Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days from the date of the transaction.

8. Fraud & Misuse

• Any fraudulent activity, including multiple accounts to abuse cashback offers, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending cashback.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or take legal action against fraudulent users.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and branding on MadJoy are the property of Dotix. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior permission.

10. Liability & Disclaimers

• MadJoy acts as an intermediary for gift card sales and is not responsible for issues related to third-party vendors.
• We do not guarantee the availability or uninterrupted operation of the platform.
• We shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Changes to Terms

MadJoy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
