Subscription and Credits Terms - Madjoy

1. How billing works

Madjoy uses prepaid credits. You add balance, then credits are consumed when gift cards, cashback, or vouchers are issued. There are no separate subscription tiers during early access; any plan names or limits shared in a quote or order confirmation apply to that order.

2. Purchasing credits

• Credits are purchased in INR via the methods we make available (bank transfer, payment link, or dashboard checkout during general availability).
• GST applies as shown at purchase. A GST invoice is issued in your business name for every purchase.
• Credits are denominated 1 credit = 1 INR of spend value unless your quote states otherwise. Service or delivery fees, if any, are disclosed before you confirm.

3. Consuming credits

• Issuing a code consumes credits equal to the code face value plus any disclosed fees.
• Failed or undelivered issuances that we confirm as our error are reversed or replaced at no charge. See Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• Dashboard and API usage (balance checks, delivery-status queries) within reasonable volumes is included. Automated abuse, scraping, or resale may be throttled or suspended under the Terms of Service.

4. No expiry, no auto-renewal

• Prepaid credits do not expire.
• There is no auto-renewal during early access. Balance is topped up only when you choose to pay.
• If subscription plans launch later (monthly/annual with renewals), those plan terms — including renewal, downgrade, and rollover rules — will be published here and will apply only from launch, not retroactively.

5. Cancellation and unused credits

• You may stop using Madjoy at any time. Unused, unexpired credits remain on your account and can be used for future orders.
• Refunds of unused credits are handled under the Cancellation and Refund Policy: requests within 7 days of purchase are reviewed, with approved refunds processed to the original payment method.
• On account closure at your request, unused credits are refunded to the original payment method after deducting any pending order value, taxes already remitted, and irrecoverable brand procurement costs.

6. Fair use

Bulk and API sending is subject to reasonable limits to protect deliverability and prevent fraud. We may ask you to stagger very large festive drops or verify recipient lists. Repeated delivery failures caused by invalid recipient data you supplied do not consume replacement entitlements.

7. Changes

Billing terms for early-access orders confirmed in writing (quote or order confirmation) govern those orders. Future plan launches will be published on this page with a new effective date.
